Spring & Easter Personalized T shirts are Listed!
Are you ready for the Spring? Here in Chicagoland I sure am ready! We hit 75 degrees yesterday and it was terrific! The kids and I were outside playing (well they were playing and mom was washing windows) all day long! It was wonderful and at night the kids slept really well from all the fresh air!

CHANGES in T shirts Styles and Brands!
Well after a lot of deliberation I have decided to change styles and brands for our t shirts in all areas Infants through Adults. I have been using Old Navy for the past 3 years but with their changes in their t shirt styles I have decided to no longer use Old Navy. To replace this brand I have found a very comparable t shirt in its weight and quality probably better overall quality. Right now I am phasing out into this cute t shirt. You may still receive an Old Navy t shirt. For orders that have multiple sizes I will still continue to make sure all of your shirts match your order!! Here are the size charts and pictures.
Baby Girls and Big Girls to 12/14. After 12/14 please order an adult small for girls.
Infant sizes 6months-18months Toddler Girls sizes 2T-6

The shirts have a little scalloped neckline for a very feminine look. All shirts are preshrunk!! All shirts sizes are stocked in white. Colors are not kept in stock in all sizes.

6.0 - 6.5 oz. 100% Ring spun combed cotton, 40/S super soft, fine interlock. 3/4" spandex rib set in collar with neck tape. 3/4" double needle hem with 1/4" gauge on sleeve and bottom. 1/4" elastin tape on shoulder. Baby and Toddler t shirts for boys starts at 3 months and go up to 4T.

Infant GIRLS bodysuits short sleeve are still in stock from Old Navy. These are exactly like the weight of a t shirt except it is a one piece. Bodysuits are stocked from sizes 3/6 months-24 months in white.

Personalized Birthday Hats and T shirts
Are you ready for your little one's big day?? The first birthday is a huge day for any parent! After planning 3 first birthdays I know it can be overwhelming, exhausting and nerve racking! Making sure everything is perfect for your little one!
Here are just a few things I have learned when planning my children's birthday parties (especially the first one)
1. Always make sure your child is well rested! Planning the party around their schedule instead of the "perfect party time" really helps. You want to make sure you get the good hands in the cake shots!
2. When ordering a smash cake--order the cake with light colored icing and minimal frosting. There is nothing worse than trying to get primary color icing colors out of your child's special birthday outfit!
3. Make sure your batteries are charged up and in your camera (hmmm can you tell this is something that happened to me?)
4. I love themes and I love to have theme cakes. But a lot of the time the cake doesn't always get eaten. I have the best cake lady in Joliet, IL and I don't even like cake. To get everyone to try the cake I always have really cool handmade centerpieces. I put stickers on the bottoms of a few of the cake plates and whoever gets the sticker takes the centerpiece home. I usually make 8-10 centerpieces. Reed's centerpiece one year were beach buckets full of candy on sticks and a book. This was his first year. Gwendelyn's centerpieces were flower cookies in flower pots and Olivia's centerpieces were fresh flowers. The picture was of a centerpiece I did last year for Reed's birthday it served as a dessert and a little gift to take home. 
5. Of course the biggest tip I have for all the birthday parties-- Make sure to order your child's personalized birthday hat and shirt from www.sugarlocks.com. Think you have run out of time?? Just send an email I usually can accommodate those birthday hat requests :) Birthday Bibs are a great idea to keep those fancy outfits clean! Plus the minky dot fabric is very nice to wipe the child's face instead of those harsh paper towels and napkins. Birthday shirts can be used for over their outfit or as the outfit. Birthday hats well that is just a must for any birthday! I have created a ton for first birthdays but also for 30's, 40's, 50's and 60's birthdays!! It is way too much fun to have a hat for your big day! A lot of customers choose a Birthday Girl or Birthday Boy hat with no number and one color to be used for each birthday. Start a tradition or make sure you have a beautiful keepsake as a reminder that this special day marks one year that your miracle came into this world.

Rain Rain Go Away.....
I feel like a little kid that is wishing the rain to go away today. I am so ready for the spring! But it sounds if we might see some snow later tonight. Last week we hit 70 in February broke the record! But now it is freezing! So I have decided to look towards the spring and post some St. Patrick's Day t shirts! I have listed two and another is coming for the boys later tonight! Make sure to get your orders in by March 8th to make sure you have them in time for St. Patty's day!
The one for the boys is an adorable applique airplane with shamrocks coming out of it. It is really cute!
Stephen Joseph backpacks grrr.... Turtle and Flower will not be available until March, well I hope. I have been told 3 different stories and 3 different dates which have all come and gone but the backpacks still did not arrive. I know they are switching manufacturers and the new ones will not be ready until May or June. I do have quite a few on order that I have been promised I will get as soon as the ones from the old manufactuer arrives (they still have to finish out their contract with SJ) So until then..... Good news the new bottle buddies arrived in January and will be posted to the site soon. The new ones are the Dancing Hippo, Mermaid, Pirate and Flower--all really really cute and I know will be hot sellers!
